Due to the high density of growth of the algae green, Ulva sp. (Enteromorpha sp) has been necessary to use them for human consumption, animals, and in the diets of shrimp post- larvae remain susceptible to cultivation. This seaweed has a large global market demand for high protein content (25-40%), minerals, calcium, phosphorus, fatty acids ? 3 and ? 6. The culture of Ulva sp inoculums using artificial substrate (clay-tiles) in 4 aquariums with indirect light and constant aeration, allowed monitor its growth, as well as salinity, pH, environmental and water temperature, oxygen and nutrients. After 3 weeks, a dozen juvenile white shrimp were placed in one-aquarium. This species of seaweed were selected for cultivation in the laboratory according the following criteria. (1) High nutritional value of carbohydrates, lipids and proteins to properly feed shrimp postlarval; (2) Algae growth is controlled and simple in controlled environment (aquarium); (3) easy digested by the shrimp post- larvae; y (4) Nutrients need a medium to encourage them. The results of environmental variables were environmental temperature between 22°C - 30°C, water temperature had interval between 21°C at 26°C, salinity between 35 to 44 ppm, oxygen concentration 79% to 96%, pH was stable with 8.2 to 8.4. The nutrients concentrations were 68 mM for nitrates and 0.64 mM for phosphates. The growth of Ulva sp was from 0.1 to 2 cm each week. The digestive tract in white shrimp presenting a greenish color due to food consumed, in this case Ulva sp.
